Achieving pay equity in federally regulated organizations: why and how?

The federal Pay Equity Act came into force on August 31, 2021. Its objective is to achieve pay equity through proactive means. The aim is to correct systemic gender-based discrimination in employer's compensation practices and systems.

This training course presents the objectives, foundations and principles of federal pay equity. Its content corresponds to the CHRC's 5 milestones for developing a pay equity plan.
